Who we are
Resolute Mobile Notary, LLC ("Resolute," "we," "us") is a notary public business based in Cobb County, Georgia, owned and operated by Monica Hubert. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at resolutemobilenotary.com, how we use it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your full legal name
- Your phone number and email address
- The address where you'd like the notary appointment to take place
- The type of document and number of signatures and witnesses needed
- Any optional message or scheduling notes you choose to provide
Our website also includes a chat widget for quick questions. If you ask us to take down your details through the chat, we collect the same categories of information — your name, phone, optional email, what you need notarized, where you'd like to meet, and any scheduling notes — and your message flows through the same email pipeline as the contact form. We do not use chat data for any other purpose.
Chat questions may be answered by an automated AI assistant that runs on Cloudflare's Workers AI infrastructure — the same platform that hosts this website. Your question is processed to generate an answer from our own published service information and may be retained for a limited period in our operational logs for reliability and abuse monitoring; it is not sent to any third-party AI provider, is not used to train AI models, and is not linked to your identity unless you choose to submit your details. The assistant cannot give legal advice and its answers are not a quote or a booking confirmation. Before the assistant's AI answers are enabled for your chat session, we may ask you to complete a quick human-verification check; passing it sets a single strictly-necessary cookie that expires within 24 hours, contains no personal information, and is not used for tracking or analytics.
Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate visitor trends. Plausible does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. Your IP address is used only transiently by Plausible to estimate an approximate location (such as country) and is never stored — see the Plausible data policy. Standard hosting infrastructure may also log basic security and performance information (IP address, request path, user agent), as is typical of any website.
We advertise our services on Google. To measure whether that advertising works, the site includes Google's conversion-measurement tag, which reports back to Google Ads when a visit that started from one of our ads leads to a booking request or a phone call. When you submit one of our forms, this measurement also shares a one-way hashed (scrambled and not reversible by us or readable in transit) version of the email address and phone number you entered with Google, which performs ad-measurement services on our behalf ("enhanced conversions"). Google uses this data only to provide those measurement services. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and manage your preferences at Google's Ads Settings. We do not build advertising audiences or run remarketing.
How we use it
- To confirm appointment time and location with you
- To send you a secure payment link for the 50% deposit
- To reach you if anything about the appointment changes
That's it. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes. The site itself does not display third-party advertising.
Third-party processors
To run the site and respond to you, we work with a small set of third-party processors: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (email delivery), Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics), Stripe (deposit payments), and Google (measurement of our Google Ads advertising). These vendors process data only to perform their service for us and do not use it for their own purposes, except that Google also uses conversion data to improve ad delivery as described in its ads data terms.
Cookies
Our analytics is cookieless by design — Plausible sets no cookies at all. The one exception on this site is advertising measurement: our Google Ads conversion tag sets a small number of first-party cookies used only to recognize that a visit came from one of our Google ads so the resulting booking request or call can be counted. We set no other tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies. This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; our analytics is cookieless for every visitor regardless.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what information we have about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
